You are cordially invited to participate in the annual 10th Conference on The Modern Information Technology in the Innovation Processes of the Industrial Enterprises (MITIP 2008). The purpose of this conference is to serve as a forum for the dissemination of ideas, knowledge and experiences about the ICT-driven innovation in industrial products, processes and services. The conference is targeted to scholars and practitioners involved in research activities focusing on the role of ICT in modern industrial enterprises.
For several years, MITIP has proven to be an important forum for researchers from academia and industry to present the results of their work, inspiring a creative dialogue among participants. As a basic principle, the conference topics are both of theoretical and practical pertinence.

Papers will be reviewed and published in the conference proceedings.

The conference is organized by the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of West Bohemia (Czech Republic) with the collaboration of the Department of Energetics, Florence University, the Department of Engineering of the Production, University of Genoa, Computer and Automation Research Institute, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Hungary) and the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering (DIG) of Politecnico di Milano (Italy).

The conference take place in "Hotel Praha ", in the city centre of Prague (Czech Republic).
